Customer's feedback or reviews helps you as business to be on top of the game. Feedback and opinions given by the customers will serve as your resource in improving you service, customer experience and satisfaction. Even though the reviews are given by the customers you can still manage the reviews as being the admin/owner of the store.


Customers can post their reviews by doing the following:

  • Open the eReceipt email sent by Mibo after a successful purchase.
  • Click on the star fro rating and posting of review.

  • On the new page that will open on your browser, rate the service by selecting the stars as 5 yellow stars being the highest and 1 star as the lowest.
  • Customer also has the option to enter their review on the text area below.
  • Click Submit to submit the review.

    Note : Submitted reviews by the customer will not be automatically posted on the member club portal, it has to be reviewed and change the status to published to be displayed on the member club portal.



You can manage customer reviews by going to Mibo Control Panel > Customer > Reviews.

Review page basically shows the ratings and complete review details of each customer.Reviews


Viewing Customer Details

  • Viewing customer details of a certain review is quite easy. Just click the information icon on the header part of the panel review.Viewing Customer Details
  • In the popup that opens, the complete list of transaction details will be shown.
  • Click Ok to close the popup.

Creating Social Campaign of the Review

  • Reviews can be shared, promote or add as a social campaign. Just click the share icon beside information icon. Creating Social Campaign of the Review
  • In the new page, the adding of Social Campaign will be shown with the pre-filled data on Short Text and Long Text from the customer review.

      

     


Changing Status
Status of customer's review can be changed to Unpublished and Published. 

You can share the customer's review to other members using a campaign in a very easy way. To share or publish the review on the member club portal, simply select Published on the status selection. The review will be automatically published or shown to other members after selection.
