Mibo gives you the ability to extend your promotions on your social media accounts. Since Mibo has a feature to connect your social media accounts, you can use these accounts to promote your store and products. Social media has more benefits over the traditional media especially if you have several connections or network.
You can promote with social media in your Mibo Control Panel > Social > Social Campaign.
Adding Social Campaign
- Click Add on the Social Campaign panel.
- In the new page, enter the main social campaign details such as campaign name, channel, voucher or promotion type, short text, long text and send date.
Channel is the social media account you are going to post the social campaign. You can choose multiple social account as long as it is connected already on Mibo. If your social media account is not yet connected to Mibo, just click Add <name of social media> Account on the right side of the channel section.
Promotion or Voucher will be the content of your social campaign. Selecting the tab will give you the list of promotion or vouchers you created on Mibo. Once you select your preferred promotion or voucher short text and long text will automatically be filled with details. However, you can still change the content of the fields.
Short text is the most significant description of your social campaign.
Long text is the complete description of your social campaign.
Send date is where you can schedule the posting of the social campaign. You can schedule your post by doing the following:- Click Send Date text box.
In the popup calendar that opens, select date and time you want the social campaign to be posted.
Click outside the calendar to apply the date.
- Click Send Date text box.
- Click Save to save your social Campaign.Note : The initial status of your social campaign after saving it is Pending. However, once it has been posted to your chosen social media account the status will become Send.
Photo is an optional field. However, to best display your social campaign and for the benefit of your customers, it is advisable to add images. You can upload your photos by doing the following:
- Click on the Photo section.
In the new loaded page, you can upload images, view image details and search for images. If you want to go back to the add social campaign form just click Cancel.

Viewing Social Campaign
You can update your social campaign by doing the following:
- Click the name of the campaign on the Social Campaign panel.
- In the new page, you can view the campaign details, Facebook and Twitter count and Sales Trend.
The sales trend allows user to see the effectiveness of the social campaign based on the number of transactions made during or after the campaign.
Removing Social Campaign
You can remove your social campaign by doing the following:
- Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the campaign you want to remove.
- Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the campaign.
