With our Zapier integration, you can give rewards to customers for various activities/events captured from other applications (e.g. Google Forms, etc). Doing this is quite simple and easy.
You can manage this on your Mibo Control Panel > Rewards > Behavior Reward
Adding Behavior Reward
- Click Add on the Behavior Reward panel.
- In the Add Behavior Reward form, select Zapier on the dropdown provided on the event field.
- Select voucher or points type. Note : Changing the value of the type field to voucher will require you to indicate the voucher as well as changing the type to points will require you to indicate the number of points you want to provide to your customers.
- Select period, which is the availability date of the reward for the chosen behavior.
- Click Ok to save the behavior reward.
Tips : Once you have saved this record, you will see the Behavior Reward Id which you can then use in your Zapier setup. After that, you can head over to Zapier to setup the remaining part of this configuration. See our article about setting up Mibo in Zapier |
