Organizing an event can be a stressful endeavour as there are 101 things to take care of to make it the perfect day for your guests. On top of that, you have to think of strategies for getting as many positive RSVPs as possible. In this aspect, Mibo can be your trusty buddy in getting higher participation by giving rewards to your guests who participate in your event.

1. Invite customers to your event

You want to hold an  event to share your awesome product and services with customers, prospects, friends and family. Similar to any other promotion campaigns, you want to spread this news out and reach out to your target audience. Tools like facebook ads, instagram boosts, email marketing come in handy.

You will want to register the interest with an online registration tool - Google Forms comes to mind. It's free, easy-to-use and fits most basic event attendance purposes. Best of all, they come with many existing templates that you helps you get started immediately.

2. Record guest information digitally

Your big day has arrived. You may not have the bandwidth to meet everyone face-to-face - whether it is a virtual or non-virtual event. Use whatever means logical and relevant to your event to capture your guests' information. For large events, you may just want to get their name cards and manually record them post-event, or use apps to convert these hardcopy cards to digital information. Whatever the case, collate the information and and transfer them to an Excel or Google Sheets.

All you need for this digital guest information list is their name, mobile and email.

3. Create a Behavior Reward in Mibo to reward attendees

Now you just have to setup Mibo to reward your guests for their loyal participation. The guest information will be captured in Excel or Google Sheets. You will want to use a tool like Zapier to send this data from the Excel/Google Sheet to Mibo.

4. Link them up with Zapier
