MIBO 1.3.10 onwards works with Zapier to talk to 2,000+ apps to bring greater and richer value to your CRM. 



In your Zap, select Mibo when asked to choose App and select the published Mibo Event.  





Note : Our developers are adding new APIs to be linked to Zapier events. If you don't find the event that you need, contact our support team and we will bring this up to our development team to be added into our roadmap.



In the next step, click Add Account to add your Mibo account to your Zapier instance. You will need to enter your API Id and API Key. You can get API Id and API Key from My Account > My Profile and the Integration tab.




Note : You will need to be on the SUPER plan to have access to see the API Id and API Key. 





After connecting your MIBO account, you can then map from the fields from your app to MIBO event fields in Zapier.



  • Some fields are important for the event to work - e.g. Behavior Reward Id will be mandatory to identify which Behavior Reward to be used for the Give Point event 
  • Member Mobile - in most (if not all) cases which relates to a member event, the mobile number is mandatory as mobile is the key identifier for a member
  • Member mobile should be entered with a {country code} at the start of the number 


Once you have entered the required information, test your Zap connection to make sure your settings work as intended.
