Note : This feature is only applicable for Click-and-Collect plugin.




Stores providing Click-at-Collect facilities to customers can request Click-and-Collect warehouse to send products that the store is not able to fulfill. Store users can send this request from customer order details page and clicking on the Principle Supply button next to the Order Item. This will send a Transfer Request to the warehouse



The Click-and-Collect warehouse user can see the Transfer Requests from Mibo Control Panel > Click-and-Collect > Transfer Request 

  • when the products are shipped out of warehouse, warehouse user must update the transfer requests to Delivered with the Deliver button 
  • warehouse user can cancel a transfer request on behalf of store with the Cancel Request button.  



Tip: Stores can revert back to Store Supply as long as the Transfer Request is not updated to Delivered status. Remember to update it as soon as the products are shipped out.
