For businesses with retail and Ecommerce presence, you can implement Online-to-Offline strategies in your customer buying experience with Mibo's Click-and-Collect plugin.

You can get the Click-and-Collect plugin by going to Mibo Control Panel > Marketplace > Plugins > Click-and-Collect Click on Install to Mibo.

You need to have your Ecommerce system connected to Mibo before setting up the Click-and-Collect plugin.

Setting up Collection network

  • Create stores where customers can collect their orders in Mibo Stores module. Read our Create Your Store article on how-to create your Mibo Store.
  • Go to Mibo Control Panel > Click-and-Collect > Partner.
  • Add a Click-and-Collect partner here. If all collection centers are your own stores, then just add one placeholder partner here. If you have one or more partners who help you fulfill the order you will want to create the partners here

Note : You will see the relevance of the Click-and-Collect Partner in the reports where fulfillment and settlement reports are grouped by partner. You can export and send these reports to partners which will only show information related to their stores.

  • Go to Mibo Control Panel > Click-and-Collect > Partner Stores.
  • In the Partner Stores listing, select a partner for each store shown in the listing.
  • Enter Click-and-Collect cost if there is a fee charged by the store for doing the fulfillment of your online order. Enter 0 or leave empty if there is no cost charged by store.

Some stores may not have available stock to fulfill an online order product. In this case, store user can request for the product to be transferred from Warehouse to the Store.

Mibo will automatically set an order to be fulfilled with stock from Warehouse if store user does not confirm the order can be fulfilled with the store's inventory.

  • Go to Mibo Control Panel > Click-and-Collect > Settings
  • In the Automatically set to Principal Supply field, enter the hours required before system defaults the stock to be supplied from Warehouse.

Setting up your Ecommerce

  • In your Ecommerce system, you need to configure the Local Pickup Shipping option for the Zones that qualify for Click-and-Collect. The Mibo plugin installed in your Ecommerce system will automatically recognise that as a Click-and-Collect pick-up method and show the Mibo Stores at the cart checkout page.

In WooCommerce, this setting is configured in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping

Selecting Click-and-Collect option during checkout process

If you have setup the Shipping options correctly, this will be an easy process for your customer.

  • At shopping cart checkout page, customer will select the shipping options. When customer selects the Local Pickup shipping option, your Ecommerce page will show the stores for the user to select.

  • When the order is completed with the completed store, this information is sent to Mibo
  • The store user can then check the online orders that needs to be fulfilled from his store

Note : Your Ecommerce system needs to be installed with the Mibo plugin for the Click-and-Collect to work correctly.
