As a customer, you are in for a surprise! Bonus points can be used to reward customers during special events such as anniversaries, birthdays or any other special occasions or holidays.
To manage your bonus points, Mibo Control Panel > Rewards > Bonus Point.
Note : Points are given on top of the existing points based on the defined configuration for example during the period, day and time set. |
Adding Bonus Point
- Click Add on the Bonus Points panel.
- In the new page, enter the main details such as program name, campaign period, promo day, promo time, amount, campaign budget and points expiry days.
Option to activate or deactivate the status of the bonus point is also available. - Click Ok to save your card type.
Updating Bonus Point
- In the Bonus Points panel, click the campaign name on the same row of the campaign you want to update.
- Apply the modification you prefer.
- Click Ok to save your changes.
