Mibo offers a functionality to top up the wallet of the members. Businesses can easily give credits to their customers as a part of a reward.


To top up customer's wallet, go to Mibo Control Panel > Store > Topup Wallet.



Note : Member's mobile number will be used to topup wallet, so the mobile number must exist on Mibo record to proceed with the topup.


In the Topup Wallet panel, do the following:

  • Scan the QR code or enter the mobile number of the member.Topup Wallet

    Tips : For faster transaction, it is advisable to scan the QR code.


    If the mobile number does not exist, a popup will open and request you to create a new member.

    Enter the name and click Ok.Create New Member
  • Once the member has been found, additional panel and details will be shown below such as total credit of the selected member, Credit panel and Credit History panel.

  • In the Credit History, you select the value or amount you want to give or topup to the selected member.
  • Click Topup to apply.

    A success message will be shown for successful transaction or else an error message will be shown if your transaction fails.


    Tips : After a successful top up, member can instantly check his credit at the member club portal.

    Transactions are shown at the Credit History panel below Credit Topup panel.
