In Mibo, you can expand your marketing by offering redeemable products and coupons. Using points, members can easily redeem a certain product or coupon.
    

You can manage your redeemable products in your Mibo Control Panel > Rewards > Redemption > Products.    

Adding Redemption Product    

• Click Add on the Redemption Product panel.    
• In the new page, enter the main product offer details such as offer name, description, points to redeem and product.
  
  
• To add an offer image, click on the offer image section.
  
  

  Tips : To best display your redemption product, it is advisable to add an offer image. See our article about uploading images.

  
  
• Click Ok to save your redemption product.

Updating Redemption Product

You can update your redemption product by doing the following:

• Click the offer name on the Redemption Product panel.
    
• In the new page, update the redemption product details.
• Click Ok to save the details.

Activate/Deactivate Redemption Product

You can configure the activation status of your redemption product in the following ways:

• Click the toggle button on the bottom left corner of the offer you want to change the activation status on the Redemption Product panel.
  

Removing Redemption Product

You can remove your redemption product by doing the following:

• Click on the trash bin icon on the bottom right corner of the offer you want to remove.
• Agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Yes or click No if you want to retain the offer.
  

Adding Redemption Coupon    

• Click Add on the Redemption Coupon panel.    
• In the new page, enter the main coupon offer details such as offer name, description and points to redeem. 
  
• To add an offer image, click on the offer image section.

• Other additional required inputs are under General tab, cash value and maximum quantity.
  

  Note : Changing the value of the expiry type to fixed date or fixed duration from date distributed will require you to indicate the expiry date.

  
  
• Other optional inputs can be found at Coupon Codes tab.
  
  
• Code display are the unique codes you are going to use for the redemption of coupon. To set value for code display, you can choose System default(Mibo default), Fixed Text or Custom Barcode on the dropdown.
  
  System Default is the Mibo default code display which is system auto-generated in a form of QR code.
  
  Fixed Text is a plain text value e.g. IcedAmericanoRedeem120pts.
  
  Custom Barcode type will be displayed as a barcode with the customised code that you will upload. You can upload customised codes by doing the following:
  • Select Custom Barcode on voucher code display.
  • Click Upload xls.
  • Download the template of CSV import file.
  • Using the template, update the file that will match the code you prefer.
    
    

    Note : Make sure to upload the right amount of codes on the template. The total count of codes inside the uploaded template must be greater than or equal the maximum quantity of the offer being created.

    
    
  • Upload the template by simply dragging your modified template from your computer and drop them on the panel.
    

    Note : The code will be scanned in the store when the customer decides to use it. If you are using Mibo to scan the code, please select System Default at Code Display.

    
    
  • You also have the option to view and configure the codes by clicking View Codes.
    
    To add code, click on the plus icon to show new text box for your input then click the plus icon on the same row to save it.
    
    To update code, click on the pencil icon on the row of the code you want to update then click on check icon to save the code.
    
    To remove code, click on the trash bin icon on the row of the code you want to remove then agree on the confirmation message of deletion by clicking Ok or click Cancel if you want to retain the code.
    
    
• Click Ok to save your redemption coupon.

Updating Redemption Coupon

You can update your redemption coupon by doing the following:

• Click the offer name on the Redemption Coupon panel.
  
• In the new page, update the redemption coupon details.
• Click Ok to save the details.
