Customers earn points and these points can be redeemed in exchange for certain products. 


To redeem using points, go to Mibo Control Panel > Store > Redeem Points.



Note : Member's mobile number will be used to redeem a product, so the mobile number must exist on Mibo record to proceed with the redeeming of products


  
Tips : To retrieve customer's PIN and mobile phone barcode, go to Member Club Portal > My Card.

In the Redeem panel, do the following:

  • There are two ways to search for the member: scan the QR code or enter the mobile number of the member.


    Tips : For faster transaction, it is advisable to scan the QR code.


  • Once the member has been found, you can select the product by click to its panel. 
  • Select the quantity on the bottom part of the product panel.


    Note : The points required to redeem the products will be shown on the right side of the Redeem panel.


  • Click Save to proceed with the redeeming process.

  • Enter the PIN or send OTP to the member's phone number for verification.Validate Redeem Coupon
  • Click Confirm to complete the redeem process.
