Mibo offers different subscription plans at a very reasonable cost. You can select plans based on your needs and be able to upgrade or downgrade your current plan if you preferred to.
To manage your current plan, go to Mibo Control Panel.
- Click on your business name at the top right corner of the portal.
- Click on Subscription Plan.
In the subscription plan page, you will see all the available plans, your current plan's usage, the features of each plan and options to renew, downgrade or upgrade your plan and to configure add-ons.
Tips : To avoid uninterrupted service, make sure the Auto-Renewal option is activated that can be found on the top right corner of the Subscription Plan panel. |
Reviewing current plan usage
- Hover your mouse on the info icon on either the Stores or Users of the current plan to see your current usage.
Activating Auto-Renewal
- In the top left corner of the Subscription Plan panel, switch the Auto-Renewal Activated to Yes.
Downgrading or Upgrading Plan
- Click the Downgrade or Upgrade on a desired plan on the Subscription Plan Panel.
- Click Ok to save the details.
Note : The Downgrade or Upgrade will take effect on your billing cut-off.
Adding and Modifying Add-on
- To modify add-on, click the Modify Add-on button on the Add-on Panel under Subscription Plan Panel.
- In the new page, select the Add-on you want to update.
- Click Next to review the add-on.
- In the new page, review the information and click Update Now to proceed with the payment.
- After a successful payment, the add-on will be saved.
