As part of Mibo's point system, it allows you to adjust points of a particular member. Adjusting points can be as an additional points or deduction of points.
To do this go to Mibo Control Panel > Customer > Adjust Points.
The page gives you an overview of point adjustments history, status and ability to adjust points for each member.
Searching Points Transaction
- Select date range, by clicking the text box of date range.
- Enter the member's first name, last name, mobile number or card number on the search key text box on the Adjust Points panel.
- Click Search to view the member's adjusted points transaction(s) based on your input.
Adjust Points
- Click Add from the top right corner of the Adjust Points panel.
- In the new page, enter the main details such as mobile number, points adjustments(add or deduct) , point value and remarks.
Member's mobile number must exist on Mibo record to proceed with the adjust points. There are two ways to search for the member: scan the QR code or enter the mobile number of the member.
For faster transaction, it is advisable to scan the QR code.
Enter mobile number
Select the country code on the dropdown.- Enter the mobile number.
- Click outside the text box or the Scan QR code button to see the member details below.
If the mobile number does not exist, a popup will show that the member information is not found.
- Once the member has been found, you can either + (add) or - (deduct) points on the Point Adjustment field.
- Add a remark for easy reference and the adjusted points will be displayed.
- Click Ok to process the adjustment.
Viewing Points Transaction
- In the Adjust Points panel, click the View button on the same row of the transaction you want to view.
- In the new page, the details of the transactions of a member will be shown.
- Click on Cancel to go back to the list of transactions.
