Mibo gives you the ability to manage your members. Creating and updating account details is part of managing your members. These members are the customers who registered via member club. This page is where you can see all the list and full details of each member.


You can access this by going to Mibo Control Panel > Customer > Members.


Searching Member

  • Enter the member's name, mobile number or email on the search text box on the Members panel. 
  • Click Filter to view the member(s) based on your input.

Adding Member

  • Click Add Member on the top right corner of the Members panel.
  • In the new page, enter the main coupon details such as name, mobile number and email.  
  • Click Ok to save member.Adding Member 
      
    Tips : Adding members one at a time will be time consuming. It is advisable to use the import member function to add multiple members.

     


      
    Note : Member will be automatically created when the user sign up at the member club.

Updating Member

  • In the Members panel, click the Edit button on the same row of the member you want to update. Updating Member
  • Apply the modification you prefer.

    In the product edit page, you have the option to enable the email and SMS notification in the Basic Information Panel.

    It also allows you to create additional custom attribute that you want to collect from a member located at Personal Profile panel. You can select whether the attribute is free text or a list. If it is a list you can add data to the list after saving the new custom attribute.

    Tips : The custom attribute you created will be available for all members and not just to the particular member record you created it with. Custom attribute feature is only applicable for customer who subscribes to Power and Super plans only.



Viewing Member Details

  • In the Members panel, click the name of the member or the View button on the same row of the member you want to view.  
  • In the new page, the past transactions of the member will be shown. You have the option to search for member's transaction, update  member's profile, view card type and adjust card points.

Giving Credits to Member

  • In the Members panel, click the Credit button on the same row of the member you want to give a credit.

  • In the new page under Credit Topup panel, select the credit value you prefer.  
  • Click Top up and you will be directed to payment gateway. Credit Topup 
    A success message will be shown for successful transaction or else an error message will be shown if your transaction fails.   


    Tips : Transactions are shown at the Credit History panel below Credit Topup panel.
