Giving perks to customers is one of the reason why they comeback and purchase at your store. One feature Mibo offers is a loyalty program for the customers using points as a form of rewards for every purchase.
You can issue the points your customer has earned in your Mibo Control Panel > Store > Give Points.
On the Give Points panel, there are two ways to issue the points: scan the QR code or enter the mobile number of the customer.
Scan QR Code
- Scan the QR Code and wait for the details to appear on the mobile number section.

Enter mobile number
- Select the country code on the dropdown.
- Enter the mobile number.
- Click outside the text box to see the customer details below.
Note : Use the format of mobile number on the placeholder.
If the mobile number does not exist on the record, Mibo will ask you to Create New Member.
In the popup that opens, enter the name and click Ok to save the new member.
The mobile field will be automatically be filled with the newly created member.
Click Save to give the points or Save & Send EReceipt to give the points and send receipt to the customer.
