Message credits are needed in order for you to send email and SMS messages. Credits are deducted every time a message is sent.

You can manage your credits in your Mibo Control Panel.

  • Click on your business name at the top right corner of the portal.
  • Click on Credits.

Business Credits

  • In the Credit Purchase panel, select the credit value you prefer.
  • Click Top up and you will be directed to payment gateway. 

Top up Credits

  • In the payment gateway page, review the amount of credit and choose from your accounts.
  • Click Pay Now.
  • After a successful transaction, click Return to Merchant to go back to Credits page and check if the credit was added on your credit summary.

    A success message will be shown for successful transactions in the payment gateway or else an error message will be shown if your transaction fails.



Tips : Transactions are shown at the Credit Ledger panel at bottom part of the page. It shows your balances, date of top-up and credit utilized among others.
