By rewarding your customers with redeemable points, you encourage your customer to invest in your brand. The more they spend, the more points they get in return.
 
 
 
 

On the Give Points, there are two ways to issue the points: scan the QR code or enter the mobile number.     

   


Scan QR Code    

  • Get customer to login to member club in their mobile phone and scan the QR Code at My card.
  • Click on Left Arrow if you wish to enter mobile number instead.


Enter mobile number    

  • Select the country code on the dropdown.    
  • Enter the mobile number. You will see the customer name and his point balance.    
  • Enter the amount they have spent.
  • You can click on Just save if no receipt is required from the customer or click on Save & send a eReceipt and enter their email address. 



  • After that, you will see a message showing point that customer just collected and the updated point balance too.


  • Your customer will also received an eReceipt instantly.
